Does he like me?

Here is what I think keep it cool and simply ask if he would want to hangout some time just as friends if it escallades into more then you got your answer if not then you can always be friends even though who wants to hear that . You know that you will always sit and stare at them and wonder why not why cant we be together . So all I can say is go for it let him know that you like him withut making it sound like your desperate show him that your serious and that if he has no feelings that you want nothing to change when it comes to your friendship . so hangout get to know the inner you and him . (not physically though)
